Where
Where would I work?
Munich and Frankfurt, and a good deal of the work happens at the client. The office is where the thinking gets done: a partner reading your work beside you, a question turning into an hour at a whiteboard. A firm this size cannot do that at a distance. Remote is possible, but it is not how most of the work happens.
Language
Which languages?
German and English, both fluent. The industry is German speaking and the market is not.
Background
What should I have studied?
Backgrounds vary. What does not vary is the ability to think clearly about a problem you have not seen before.

We built Apirion small on purpose. A partner stays in the work, reads what you produce, and carries responsibility for it. And it means there’s room for one more person who wants to be in the room from the first week.
