David Kuprasch-Sras

David Kuprasch-Sras is a Partner and co-founder of Apirion, an independent strategy and M&A advisory firm focused exclusively on the insurance industry. He brings more than ten years of experience at the intersection of strategy and transactions, with particular depth in commercial and specialty insurance. He serves as a trusted strategic advisor and sparring partner to insurers, insurance brokerages, MGAs and private equity investors across the DACH region and internationally.

Before founding Apirion, David was a Partner at MarshBerry, the insurance brokerage M&A advisory arm of Lincoln International, one of the leading global mid-market investment banks. Together with Dr. Fabian Seul and Fabian Troeppner, he was responsible for establishing and developing MarshBerry’s DACH business.

Earlier in his career, David spent several years in EY-Parthenon’s Insurance Strategy & Transactions practice, where he advised senior leadership teams of international insurance groups on growth strategy, operational excellence, business model transformation and M&A transactions.

David holds a Master of Science in Finance and Econometrics from Durham University Business School.
