Its three partners spent their careers in insurance long before Apirion existed, in strategy advisory and in investment banking, advising carriers and the owners of brokerages on the decisions this industry turns on. That experience runs across borders and across both sides of the market. It is not assembled at the start of a mandate. It is in the room from the first day.

This is the reason Apirion stays small. A client does not buy a brand and receive a team. A partner remains answerable for the work, presents it, and stays close to it throughout. The client has the same senior judgment at hand in the closing weeks of a mandate as in the opening ones.
